Title : Junior Recruiter Location : Toronto, ON - (offers remote, occasionally on-site) Duration : 1 year contract (possible temp to perm) Language : English Rate : Competitive based on experience Requirements : Must have college / university diploma in Business or relevant fieldMust have 1-3 years of relevant experience in similar rolesMust have 2-3 years of Customer service experienceMust have experience using sourcing tools and tracking system and / or CRMs.Must be proficient in MS Office tools.Retail or Supply Chain experience would be a great asset. What you will be doing : Your role is to meticulously identify, engage, and entice top-tier talent, acting as the cornerstone to our exceptional team. Your expertise in sourcing, pipelining and attracting highly qualified candidates aligns seamlessly with our organizational values and vision.Collaborate with recruitment Director to understand hiring needs.Utilize sourcing techniques through Online channels, databases and networksEngage with passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future openingsMaintain accurate and organized records of candidate by providing timely updatesAssist in scheduling interviews and meetings between candidates and interviewers
