Job Description:

Department Overview:

TDAM Investment Risk Management Group provides analysis to support our senior executives in their decision making that is based on portfolio risk. As VP you will be a key member of our investment risk team and will help carry out the required analysis for our equity and asset allocation strategies.

Main job functions include:

You will be a subject-matter expert on drivers of fund performance and risk. This will include the following tasks.

• Conduct analysis to identify key drivers of fund performance and risk.
• Debrief investment teams and senior executives on findings.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to provide a risk-based view.
• Work autonomously and coach stakeholders within your area of expertise.

Job Requirements:

• 6 years of experience of Risk Management within Asset Management Capital Markets and/or Pension industry.
• Passion for capital markets and analytics.
• Programming skills is a requirement.
• Risk modelling experience would be an asset.
• Some understanding of derivative instruments (structure of vanilla instruments).

**Role requires 4 days in the office**
