Requirements

What you can expect :

  • Be the Captain : Steer our coaching and client services team like a mini-company within You'll lead and grow a dynamic team that's already driving multiple 6-figures per month from inbound leads.
  • Sales Alchemist : Transform our high-ticket sales motion and open up new sales channels. Harness the 1,000’s of in-bound leads we get per week into a significant additional revenue stream without increasing ad spend.
  • Program Creator : Oversee and elevate the delivery of our high-ticket coaching program, Creator MBA. Manage coaches and ensure an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Revenue Architect : Your mission is to double our sales team's performance in the next 180 days

What you bring to the table :

  • Proven Success : At least 3 years in direct response marketing and high-ticket coaching sales, with a track record of generating consistent 6-figure months. This is a must-have to succeed in this role.
  • Leadership Flair : At least 1 year of leadership experience, inspiring teams to exceed their goals.
  • Marketing Maven : Experience managing agency accounts for funnels, sales teams, and / or paid media, with a desire to move in-house for a bigger impact.
  • Go-Getter Spirit : Entrepreneurial mindset, a relentless drive for success, and a dedication to hard work.
  • Influencer Insights : Deep engagement with and application of the principles championed by marketing experts such as Alex Hormozi, Russel Brunson, and Andy Elliott.

  • Tech Savvy : Deep understanding of marketing tools such as landing page builders, CRMs, and automation systems.
  • Versatile Marketer : Broad experience in lead generation, paid media, high-ticket sales, and copywriting, embodying the qualities of a T-shaped marketer.
