We’re looking for aCertified Millwrightto join ourAthabasca Oriented Strand Board (OSB) division, located in Slave Lake, Alberta. Thisstate-of-the-art facilityhas the longest continuous press in North America, giving us the ability to manufacture a broad range ofinnovative forest productsfor customersaround the world.Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Experience working as a Millwrightwith avalid Interprovincial Ticket.
• Experiencetroubleshooting hydraulicsystems.
• Ability toread blueprints, plans and schematics.
• Strongproblem-solvingskills.
• Commitment to working safely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability towork independentlywith little supervision.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience withComputerized Maintenance Management Systems(CMMS) - preferably JD Edwards.
• Previous experience in a forest products environment is considered an asset.

• Work with ahigh-performance teamdedicated tomaintaining all mill machineryincludingpumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers and chains, bearings and hydraulic systemsinvolved in the manufacturing process.
• Keep our systems running smoothly by performing preventative and predictive maintenance. This includes inspecting machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.
• Find safe, creative ways to boost equipment reliability and streamline our processes.
• Apply your knowledge, skills and experience to troubleshoot issues and come up with safe, reliable fixes to keep the mill running.
• Share your knowledgewith the next generation of maintenance rockstars – our Apprentices.
