We manage a diverse and expanding portfolio of rental properties across Montreal, the South Shore, Gatineau, and Quebec, and we are continuously expanding our team to support ongoing growth.

We are looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our team in Cornwall, Ontario . In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the company’s continued development.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration and contribute to process improvements.
• Oversee rent collection and address arrears.
• Handle monthly administrative tasks : lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and assignments.
• Supervise an administrative assistant and concierges.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and tenant service requests.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage rental inventory, listings, and conduct unit showings.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and operational.
• Contribute actively to the company’s growth and success.

Profile & Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills (verbal and written).

Professionalism and high ethical standards.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Initiative, autonomy, attention to detail, and reliability.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Team-oriented, dynamic, and collaborative mindset.

Experience and / or training in real estate management.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).
