Receptionist / Billing clerk

To meet its growth needs, MRT is recruiting a Receptionist / Billing Clerk for its Rouyn-Noranda office. Do you have experience in a similar position and are you a recognized professional?

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, receive visitors and make sure that their request is properly transmitted;
• Perform the daily registration of 85 to 100 invoices in the accounting system;
• Research proof of delivery;
• Communicate and deal with other terminals as needed for any questions, requests for documentation;
• Provide technical support in accounting related tasks.

Job Requirements

• DEC in administrative technique;
• Functional English;
• 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of the Office software, Outlook and SAGE;
• Logical thinking and attention to detail;
• Professionalism and discretion;
• Ability to solve problems;
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Organizational skills and good ability to manage priorities;
• Autonomy and good concentration skills.
