If you are seeking a job where you have important responsibilities, this one is for you! As a Security guard in the health setting, you will ensure the safety of kids, families, and staff. We are looking for a Full-Time Security Guard to work at one of our Hospital sites in Winnipeg. As a security guard in the Hospital sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

What does a Security Guard in the Hospital Sector do?

  • Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, treating every person with respect
  • Report writing
  • Provide excellent customer service and access control.
  • Patrol(foot and mobile)
  • Investigate and report incidents and hazards.
  • De-escalation and Vagrant removal
  • Monitor and control special events crowd traffic and room access.
  • Take action during emergencies as per Gardaworld and USB protocols.
  • Desk Duties
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications to become a Security Guard in the Hospital Sector

  • Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills
