Description de poste6+ years of B2B marketing, enablement, or client‑facing experience in fintech, payments, BNPL, or high‑growth SaaS. Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and executive‑level materials that drive engagement and business outcomes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for clarity, structure, and visual storytelling. Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives that blend data, creativity, and commercial strategy. Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to support and refine persuasive messaging. About the Role
Affirm – Content Enablement Manager within the GTM Enablement team, part of Revenue Operations & Analytics (ROA).
What You’ll Do
- Lead narrative development : Own copy, structure, and creative direction for core pitch materials.
- Deliver actionable competitive insights : Aggregate and synthesize competitive intelligence, produce battlecards and slides.
- Elevate sales content with data : Source and integrate industry research, product metrics, and market data.
- Orchestrate strategic proposals : Manage RFP software, coordinate merchant proposals, and align messaging.
- Partner cross‑functionally : Collaborate with Revenue, Product Marketing, and Analytics.
- Stay ahead of trends : Monitor industry, macroeconomic, and regulatory developments to embed timely insights.
What We Look For
Compensation
Base Pay Grade – L, Equity Grade – 5. Base pay $125,000–$175,000 per year with equity rewards and monthly tech spending as part of total compensation.
