Description de posteFull time permanent position Job start date : as soon as possible Employment conditions : Early morning, Evening, Shift, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend Work location : 5905 - 49 Street, Barrhead, AB, T7N 1A6 On-site housing options available Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth service and hotel standards. Establish work procedures, schedule, assign, review duties and assist with tasks as needed. Recruit, train and provide support on job responsibilities, safety procedures and hotel policies. Monitor room availability, occupancy and operational needs to support guest satisfaction and revenue. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, safety and maintenance standards are met. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints and special requests in a professional and timely manner. Resolve operational issues, provide guidance to staff and recommend measures to improve productivity and service quality. Maintain equipment, systems and supplies, arrange repairs and requisition materials to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and submit reports and perform administrative tasks to support management decisions. Must be able to communicate in English Secondary (high) school graduation certificate 1 year to less than 2 years of related work experience Work conditions and physical capabilities : Attention to detail; Standing for extended periods; Tight deadlines; Work under pressure Personal suitability : Accurate; Client focus; Initiative; Interpersonal awareness; Judgement; Organized

We are seeking to hire a Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 5905 - 49 Street, Barrhead, AB, T7N 1A6. All candidates must be willing to join a team environment to strengthen and grow our current crew with a positive attitude and character.
