Location Address : CAN, Ontario, Waterloo, 500 King Street North –100% onsite role

Contract Duration : 26 / 01 / 2026 to 30 / 04 / 2026

Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE : possible, depend on business needs

Schedule Hours : 9am-5pm Monday-Friday;standard 37.5 hrs / week

Rate : CAD$17 / hour

Job Description :

Summary : The main function of an imaging technician is to assist with providing electronic images to different business unites on a timely basis.

Job Responsibilities :

• Open, prepare, and sort all mail slated for digital imaging and subsequent processing.
• Analyze content of documents to identify the business unit to which it belongs.
• Apply appropriate tracking methodology for specific mail streams and processes.
• Performing document scanning on high-speed scanners.
• Monitor workflow queues to troubleshoot imaging issues as necessary.

Soft Skills :

Must Have Experience :

1) Experience operating office equipment and ability to trouble shoot minor hardware and software issues. 1+ years of experience.

2) This role requires lifting scanned boxes approximately 20-30 lbs.

3) Tech savvy and quick learner who is able to pick up on internal systems

Nice-To-Have Skills :

1) Proven knowledge of all BU doc types

2) Demonstrated PC skills

Education : high school required.
