POSITION OVERVIEW :

Startec Compression & Process is currently recruiting a Sales & Applications Coordinator to work at our Glenmore Office (Suite 240, 4000 Glenmore Court SE, Calgary, AB, T2C 5R8). The Sales & Applications Coordinator is responsible for seamlessly supporting the sales and applications engineering group through a variety of administrative tasks. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role provides invaluable support by collecting and organizing lead data, maintaining CRM information, preparing compelling sales materials, proposal coordination and preparation, maintaining accurate customer records, supporting the process for opening quote numbers, managing schedules and completing other administrative tasks that free up the time for the sales and applications teams. This role is an important contributor to the success of our sales and applications efforts.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) :

SALES & APPLICATIONS SUPPORT (Weighting 40%)

Lead Management

• Assist in lead research and data collection.
• Input and maintain lead data in CRM.
• Track status of lead progress in the sales pipeline.
• Create compelling sales materials tailored to clients.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports.
• Support proposal preparation with the applications engineering team
• Coordinate the process for opening quote numbers
