Our Calgary client is an Intermediate IT Support Analyst (4+ years) with experience troubleshooting issues related to hardware devices and applications to work on an integration program
Must Have
- 4+ years experience in an IT Support role for both projects and operations
- Experience troubleshooting issues related to hardware devices like PCs, printers, scanners, etc.
- Experience setting up and and testing new applications on devices
- Basic to intermediate level knowledge of IT networks and devices
- Familiar with ticketing and project management tools like, ServiceNow and ADO
