Job Description
We’re looking for a Red Seal Machinist with CNC and manual experience to come join our busy and growing machine facility in the Fraser Valley.
You’ll bring to the table a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in manufacturing (metal manufacturing), be able to set up and operate complex machines (both CNC and manual) and perform machining and other operations as required.
Rotating schedule between day shift and afternoon shift switching every 2 weeks.
Working 4, 10 hour shifts on the afternoon swing.
Compensation ranges from $30-$40 / hour based on experience and qualifications. Full Benefits including bonuses (bonuses based on length of employment and other metrics).
Tools and PPE are provided as well.
Clean and tidy facility with some amenities on site.
Required Qualifications : -Red Seal Machinist ticketed preferred
- Thorough understanding of machine operation and how to set up the machines
- Knowledge and ability work with both CNC and manual machines
- Metal fabrication experience
- Read and understand blueprints and other drawings
- Be physically capable to lift at least 50lbs
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
