• Insolvency Analyst
• to join the
• Personal Debt Solutions Banking team.
• This is a replacement role, and the successful candidate will be in-office and own the following responsibilities :
• Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients
• Accurately enter documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database
• Various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required including working with the local team and others within the organization
• Community outreach and use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings

• You understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high-quality work
• You identify, recommend, and are focused on effective delivery service to your clients

• Your experience and education
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
• You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• If you have a post-secondary education, it will be considered an asset but not a requirement
• If you have previous Insolvency / Personal Debt Solutions experience, it is considered an asset but not a requirement
• Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
• Ability to support high-level management demands with strong attention to detail
• Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Due to frequent communications and interactions by email and phone with English-speaking clients in Quebec and outside of Quebec, proficiency in spoken and written English is required for this position.
• The expected range of compensation for this role is
• $36,000 to $60,000 annually.
