Location : Calgary, Alberta

Reports To : Regional Manager

Salary : $65,000 – $80,000 / year

Bonus Potential : $18,000

Our client, a well-established and expanding corporate restaurant group, is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead one of their high-performing locations. This organization is known for delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing strong leadership teams, and building brands that consistently succeed in competitive markets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For :

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations while leading and developing a high-performing team. You will play a key role in driving guest experience, financial performance, and team culture.

Key Focus Areas :

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and hospitality
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest count through strong operational leadership
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop future restaurant leaders
• Manage financial performance including budgets, cost controls, and sales forecasting
• Maintain high standards in food quality, beverage execution, and brand consistency
• Champion employee engagement and foster a positive, high-performing culture
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations
• Lead guest recovery and service excellence initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership on marketing initiatives, menu programs, and business strategy
