Notified is hiring a Client Support Specialist onto our Global Onboarding Team. We are open to filling this position in our El Segundo, CA, USA (2321 Rosecrans Avenue) or Toronto, Ontario, Canada (155 University Avenue) office. Our expectation at this time is you would work from our office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday. The shift will be 8 : 30a – 5 : 00p PT in El Segundo and 11 : 30a-8 : 00p ET in Toronto.
Notified is a segment within West Technology Group that provides public relations (PR) and investor relations (IR) solutions delivered to thousands of public and private companies globally via cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms.
Job Summary :
The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for efficiently onboarding clients globally across all products. They are expected to provide a seamless onboarding experience for our clients ensuring they feel valued, supported and empowered to fully utilize our products and services. This includes vetting and approving any prospect application or newly contracted client which is looking to disseminate press releases within our Public Relations line of business. They will interface with other departments, including but not limited to our Sales, Editorial, and Finance teams. Candidates with ConnectWise, Salesforce, B2B and customer service experience will be highly considered.
