Role

A Day in the Life: You will join L’Oréal Consumer Products Division in Montréal as a Demand Planner reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply teams. In this role you will:

• Forecast & Catalog: Own catalog management and rationalisation; build the baseline sales forecast and manage the global monthly sales forecast cycle.
• Forecast Governance: Consolidate, challenge and align promotional and launch forecasts with commercial teams; ensure consistency between commercial forecasts, financial trends and sales history.
• Supply & Inventory: Translate validated forecasts into the supply plan, subcontracting needs and inventory parameters; set service, cost and global inventory targets; manage replenishment and prioritization to mitigate stock‑out risk.
• Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Monitor forecast accuracy (bias, MAPE), propose process and tool improvements, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

We Are Looking For

You’re customer‑focused, analytical and bilingual (English/French). You hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring 2–5 years in demand or supply planning. Key skills:

• Data Analytics & Forecasting (baseline and promotions)
• Cross‑functional Collaboration & S&OP alignment
• Inventory & Replenishment Planning
• Planning tools: Advanced Excel; SAP IBP / Anaplan knowledge is a plus
• Continuous Improvement mindset
