Crafted Highlights :

In the role of Maintenance Engineering manager working in our Fraser Valley Brewery. You will be responsible for the development and utilization of the team and assets to achieve short‑ and long‑term performance goals. You will have additional responsibilities to lead the Progressive Maintenance pillar team as part of our World Class Supply Chain methodology, facility maintenance, utilities generations and project management responsibilities on capital and expense projects. You will lead departmental operations in Tech Services towards the vision of a high‑performance team culture and drive change management initiatives in the areas of safety, quality, sustainability, and asset reliability to continually improve both plant and process operations to meet World Class Operations Standards. This person reports to the General Manager, Fraser Valley Brewery, and as such is part of the Brewery Leadership team responsible for the success of the Brewery.

What You’ll Be Brewing :

• Engage highly skilled workforce to deliver business goals
• Manage company assets delivering high quality products, ensuring a safe working environment and highly productive equipment meeting or exceeding established standards
• Maintain or improve company assets required to deliver high quality and low costs goods in a safe environment for all employees
• Deliver business initiatives for reducing business unit costs, improving quality and ensuring a safe work environment exists for all employees
• Ensure compliance of company standards, legal requirements, personnel requirements, new product development and EHS mandated requirements
• Effectively coaches and communicates with the team and recognizes the right behaviors and outputs and builds effective partnerships across the brewery and supply chain network
• Drives talent planning and performance management practices through one‑on‑ones, team performance discussions and development of the team and goals
