- Competitive Pay: Earnings are based on piece rate system (higher efficiency = greater pay). Experienced painters earn $24-$50/hr. Non-experienced painters earn $23-$26/hr.

- Overtime Pay: Occasional opportunities at 1.5x regular pay.
What Were Looking For
- Professional painting experience is preferred, but not necessary as training will be provided
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs (22 kg) and working on ladders for a full day.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is an asset but not required.
Your Role
- Prepare and paint residential and commercial surfaces.
- Perform tasks such as scraping, sanding, glazing, caulking, priming, and masking.
- Apply paint and stain using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow all WorkSafeBC safety protocols.
