Physiotherapist

Lifemark Seniors Wellness has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Part-Time Physiotherapist to join our growing team!

Location : Collingwood, ON

Schedule : 5 hours / week

In this role, you will :

• Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients
• Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
• Administer and collect outcome measurement information
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate with appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
• Engage in continuous learning and skills development
• Contribute to a positive patient experience
