Banquet Server

• Provide seamless plated dinner service to guests at a high-end banquet.
• Maintain a professional and polished demeanor at all times.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure service runs smoothly.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver an elevated hospitality experience.
• Follow direction from banquet captains and event managers.

• Minimum 2–3 years of plated banquet serving experience (fine dining or luxury event experience strongly preferred).
• ProServe certification Mandatory.
• Impeccable professionalism, grooming, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with attention to detail.
• Must have black serving attire (black dress shirt, black dress pants/skirt, black non-slip shoes).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
