Job Description

Publicis Hawkeye is looking for an art director to join our amazing brand under Publicis Groupe. Successful candidates will work across multiple 1 : 1 channels to create best-in-class marketing solutions. These channels include eCRM, Direct Mail, social and print. Below are the core tasks carried out in any given week

Concept Development :

In this role, you will mainly work in partnership with a Copywriter to develop creative concepts for marketing materials and marketing campaigns. You are able to make conceptual and stylistic decisions across a wide variety of clients and industries. And, have the ability to create and sell your work with strong presentation skills. You have a keen understanding of all the channels in the 1 : 1 marketing space, and understand the power of data intelligence to help achieve the communication challenge.

Art Direction Skills :

Art Directors are creative individuals with fantastic interpersonal skills. You are reliable and enjoy challenging and fast-paced work. You're able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on client expectations and meet objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has strong understanding of best practices across design, and customer-centric communications, user-centered experience design (UX / UI), and digital design. Knowledge of Direct Marketing and CRM creative and strategy is essential. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends as they pertain to 1 : 1 marketing communication. Knowledge of Figma and experience with motion graphics is a strong plus.

In addition to that; we're looking for :

  • Vast knowledge of digital experiences and design
  • Strong eye for detail and always looking to explore and push ideas further
  • Strong presenter who can articulate concepts and rationales
  • Understanding of, or willingness to learn Figma
  • Highly skilled in Graphic Design solutions with a firm grasp of modular designs
  • Works well in a collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of Direct Mail best practices and production experience
