Description de posteDusty Odours Dangerous Plastic products manufacturers Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Train staff / workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems Participate in marketing plans and implementation Oversee safety of operations Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments Monitor quality and production levels Maintain records on inventory control system Enforce policies and procedures Resolve conflict situations Monitor staff performance Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets Labourers in rubber and plastic products manufacturing Plastics processing machine operators MS Office Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software Recycling Public transportation is available Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Hand-eye co-ordination Combination of sitting, standing, walking Fast-paced environment Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Tools Steel-toed safety boots Team player Efficient interpersonal skills Reliability Proactive Leadership Paid time off (volunteering or personal days) Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary residents of Canada other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit ) are required.
