Summary :

Immediate Full-time opening for an intermediate Project Coordinator to provide leadership and management of commercial, and residential design build construction projects in the Kootenay Region.

Key Responsibilities as the Project Coordinator :

• Coordinating project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Undertaking, as directed, the Tendering and Procurement processes.
• Organizing and allocating resources, including crews, equipment, and project management time.
• Managing information flow, ensuring proper documentation for each project.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Interacting with clients, maintaining consistent communication on all project aspects.
• Facilitating the change event process, ensuring accurate and timely communication and documentation.
• Undertaking other project tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
• Providing administrative support to the company, as needed.
• Executing some or all of these responsibilities for related companies and initiatives, as required.
