A leading automotive company in York Region seeks a Senior Manager, Labour Relations to oversee national labour relations strategy and support collective bargaining efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in labour relations and strong negotiation skills. This hybrid role requires collaboration with senior leaders and union partners. Salary range is $131,000 to $180,900 with comprehensive benefits including paid time off and health insurance.
