Description :
As Senior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in the Dynamics 2013/2016 Upgrade project . You will work closely with cross-functional teams, I and amp;IT professionals, and leadership to enable this initiative.
Responsibilities: Required to translate technical systems specifications and existing functionality into working, tested CRM Dynamics applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.
Criteria
Technical Development Skills: 20%
· Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
· Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level
· Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications
· Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools
· Experience in one or more programming languages
· Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications
· Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting
Desired Technical Skills: 20%
· Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
· Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages
· Knowledge and experience integrating front-end UI with the constructed API
· Experience with one or more communications protocols
· Experience with MS Dynamics and PowerPages
· Experience with middleware and gateways
Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills 20%
· Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
· A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
· Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts
· Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team
Design Skills 20%
· Full Stack Skills Proficient with both front end and back end development, including any associated areas such as database design/management and DevOps Knowledge and experience with design and implementation of the overall web architecture
· Experience with implementation of approved user interface, design and deployment of database
· Knowledge and experience ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
· Knowledge and experience in design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment
Analytical and Communications Skills 20%
· Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging
· Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues
· Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
· Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
· Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
