· Partner with business and technology teams to gather and translate business needs into clear technical and data requirements.
· Document requirements, including data definitions, process flows, use cases and functional specifications to support solution design.
· Conduct data and process analysis to identify gaps, data-quality issues and opportunities for improvement.
· Support delivery and implementation planning by performing impact analysis and requirement clarity assessments.
Nice to Have:
· Previous experience in insurance or financial services, especially with back-office or product systems.
· Technical troubleshooting skills, e.g. experience with API testing, log analysis, or system diagnostics.
Essential Skills:
· Proficiency in requirements lifecycle management, including elicitation, documentation, validation and traceability.
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
· Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions and collaborating with large business and tech teams.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to work cross-functionally and present to diverse audiences.
· Competence in defining and validating data requirements, transformation rules and data quality checks.
· Understanding of data governance, metadata management and data lineage principles.
