Nanny Wanted - Small Business Owners Needing Some Extra Child Care Coverage

I’ve never posted an ad before, or hired random babysitters, so bear with me..this is new to me!—

What We're Looking For :

My goal is to hire a professional individual who has regular availability, and experience with entertaining inquisitive, growing minds. One child attends school full time, and the other will in the fall, although mentally ready for that engagement now! Live-in grandmother is already an additional support for some smaller hours, but not to the coverage level required. Especially moving into a busy upcoming summer 2023!

Services And Training :

Our family is in need of light housekeeping, and some light daytime meal and snack preparation as needed. They love a huge variety of healthy foods, and have no known allergies. Strong consistent but calm boundaries are required for the greatest success. Preferred candidate would have over two years of experience or some additional training in child development, however this isn't necessary to be hired.

Additional Availability :

We can be flexible for the right candidate, but wanting extra weekend support and some weekday coverage for after school when both kids are home, as well as some weekday coverage of mentally engaged or sensory activities for our youngest.
