Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking Customer Service Representative near Truro, Nova Scotia. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers by responding to inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is also responsible for coordinating and overseeing the scheduling, routing, and dispatching of shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This role acts as the communication link between drivers, warehouse teams, and customers, ensuring all shipping activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulations.

The successful candidate must have 2 or more years of experience in a customer service, general office, or dispatch related role. Additionally, strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally are required. A high attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively are also critical to this opportunity. Strong administrative skills, including using Microsoft Office, Sage, and other ERP systems are required.
