We’re looking for kind, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Workers. You don’t need experience or qualifications just a big heart, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting residents with daily tasks, including personal care and companionship
• Encouraging independence and helping residents live life to the fullest
• Providing one-to-one support and building meaningful relationships
• Working as part of a dedicated team that puts residents’ wellbeing first

Full-time 36 hours a week; Part-time 12 or 24 hours a week. Working every other weekend is expected and some flexibility to cover annual leave on night shifts is desirable.
