We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our Leduc, Alberta dealership for the April 2026 to September 2026 season. This is a customer facing role where you will support travelers from around the world as they begin and complete their RV adventures.

Who You Are

Fluent in German or Dutch and confident communicating in English

Naturally friendly, professional, and customer focused

Excited to work with international travelers

Motivated by helping people create memorable experiences

What You Will Do

Welcome customers with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic approach

Guide customers through the RV rental process from pick up to return

Explain paperwork clearly and confidently

Demonstrate RV features including truck campers and motorhomes

Check in returning RVs and resolve questions or concerns efficiently

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What You Bring

Fluency in English plus German or Dutch

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy environment

Positive attitude and energy

Ability to work weekends and contribute to a team

A genuine desire to help turn vacation plans into lasting memories
