Senior Analyst, Forecasting & Planning

We’re seeking a Sr. Forecasting Analyst to support our Forecasting and Planning function. You’ll lead the quarterly forecasting cycles, monthly target-setting processes, and annual business planning efforts — all while collaborating cross-functionally to align on key inputs and assumptions. This is a position that requires deep analytical expertise and a passion for precision. This role is hybrid, based in our Markham office.

Key responsibilities include :

• Lead forecasting and planning for Subscribers, ARPU, and Revenue across multiple time horizons (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Own and evolve the quarterly forecast, monthly target-setting, and annual business planning cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Product, etc.) to align on assumptions and business drivers.
• Lead the weekly and monthly business performance reviews providing insights on key variance drivers to the leadership team
• Enhance existing forecasting models to be more granular, precise, and driver-based for each KPI.
• Provide actionable insights and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making.
