Searching for a Nature Loving Nanny
Location : Kitsilano, Vancouver
Start Date : Immediately (flexible)
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday (live-out)
Meet Our Family :
We’re a laid-back, nature-loving crew with two curious, kind-hearted boys (ages 3 & 6). Our days are filled with biking, forest walks, arts & crafts, baking, dancing, reading, and the occasional sewing project! We’re screen-free, big on imaginative play, and believe the outdoors is the best classroom there is.
Both boys will be doing some fun forest school activities—so there will be some drop-offs and pick-ups too.
About Us (the grown-ups) :
One parent works in healthcare, and the other works in the Camp world on a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off schedule. So, we’ll need some early mornings, longer shifts and the occasional overnight (optional!), but we also offer lots of downtime and flexibility when both parents are home. It balances out beautifully.

The Details :
Pay : $30 / hr (on payroll with Heart Payroll)
Perks : 2 weeks vacation first year
Requirements : Vehicle and license, legal ability to work in Canada
We’re vegan at home (you don’t need to be!), big on empathy, and really value building a caring, respectful relationship between kids and caregivers.
