Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve customers and provide an excellent and memorable in-store experience.
• Drive to meet and exceed personal sales goals.
• Model Swimco’s reputation for exceptional customer service, professionalism, strong work ethic, integrity and respect for others.
• Passionate about selling. Motivated by a compensation system that rewards success in a team environment.
• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to make decisions independently as well as multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of one year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong sales experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• An essential function of the job is the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail and fashion are always changing so flexibility and ability to adapt to any situation, environment, challenges, job duties, and work schedules are pillars to your success.
