Your Role : Client Communication : Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone and online communication. Policy Assistance : Guide clients through insurance processes, explaining their options and assisting with policy applications. Ongoing Support : Handle follow-ups and provide assistance in resolving any issues that arise during the client journey. What We’re Looking For : Communication Skills : Clear, friendly, and professional communication with clients. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using basic digital tools and virtual platforms (Zoom, email, etc.). Customer-Oriented : Genuine passion for helping others and providing solutions to meet their needs. Self-Driven : Ability to manage your time and be proactive in assisting clients. Team Player : Work collaboratively with the team to ensure client satisfaction and team goals are met. Qualifications : Must have a reliable computer and access to Wi-Fi. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
