Location: Fort McMurray, AB

Red Arrow is currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative based out of our Fort McMurray office. The successful candidate must have flexible availability as shifts can include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. This role offers approximately 30 - 40 hours per week and has the potential to lead to full-time.

Hourly Rate: $18.50 to start increasing to $19.75 following probation with incentive pay

Primary Responsibilities:
Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.

• Previous customer service experience
• Numeracy
• Oral communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Superior problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to search for and retrieve information
• Ability to learn and retain large amounts of changing information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer
• Friendly, service-oriented personality
