This position is responsible for leading strategic process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and A3, with a strong focus on project management and operational excellence supporting the Commercial Office in Canada. It involves analyzing and redesigning processes, defining and tracking KPIs, and implementing digital and automation solutions (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) to enhance commercial operations. The role also includes delivering impactful executive presentations, facilitating workshops, driving organizational change, and applying business intelligence and data analytics to support decision-making, cost reduction, and customer journey optimization. This position will be a flex modality position in Canada.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
• Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
• Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
• Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
• Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
• Measures performance against process requirements.
• Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
• Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
• May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
• Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
• Communicates team progress.
• Performs cost and benefit analyses.
• Salary range : $83200 - $104000
• SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM :
• Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and / or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

• May provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area. May manage projects, requiring delegation of work and review of others' work product .
• Required Knowledge and Experience :
• Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
