What will your typical day look like?

As a Data Science Manager, you will play a key role in leading the delivery, building capabilities, and pursuing new data science opportunities in high-growth areas including retail analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, and optimization solutions. You will take a lead in delivering advanced analytics solutions and advisory services to high-growth organizations, managing and supporting a diverse team consisting of data scientists, data architects, software developers, information designers, and business / industry leaders.

You will be responsible for client communication, from sales and business problem definition to final delivery, knowledge transfer, and model maintenance. You will guide your team through solutioning and delivery, including advanced analytics model design and development, insight generation, and the development of AI and ML models. As a key part of this process, you will make most appropriate model selection and ensure quality and delivery of statistical and AI / ML models, computations, and data ETL by the data science team, to deliver best-of-breed analytical solutions for clients’ business problems. You and your team will work with large amounts of data on a granular level, from structured and unstructured data sources and participate in various structured and ad-hoc analysis projects. You will be a principal link between data science team and the client and will regularly communicate insights on client projects and provide support in planning and data collection. You will both lead and support pitches and proposal bids to drive business development.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
