This office managesplex tax andpliance matters for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships. The organization is experiencing significant growth, including multiple mergers and acquisitions annually and the opening of new facilities worldwide. Your New Role We are seeking a Senior Tax &pliance Officer to join their Family Office team in Toronto, ON. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll work alongside a team of four tax professionals in a newly created position due to organizational growth. This role offers exposure to Canadian and multi-jurisdictional taxpliance, planning, and M&A activities. You’ll manage taxpliance for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships, oversee external service providers, and collaborate on strategic tax planning for mergers, acquisitions, and business reorganizations. This is a full-time, on-site role (with 10 work-from-home days per year) offering flexible hours (e.g., 7–3, 8–4, or 10–6). What You’ll Need to Succeed

• CPA designation
• 6–7 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or industry
• Strong Excel and Visio skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellentmunication and client service skills
• Familiarity with Canadian tax research tools and tax software
• Exposure to U.S. tax rules is an asset
• Proven experience advising individuals and corporations on tax issues
