Temporary Part-Time Educational Assistant (27.5 Hours Per week)

Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWPSD) provides service to approximately 6100 students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 in 34 schools and is one of the largest employers in the Grande Prairie / Spirit River region. BEAVERLODGE REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL is seeking candidates who enjoy working in a student-focused and collaborative invite applications for a Temporary Part-Time Educational Assistant (27.5 hours / week) . The Educational Assistant works under the supervision of a certificated teacher.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Educational Assistant Diploma is preferred
• CPR / First Aid would be considered an asset
• Experience working with children in a classroom / organized setting is preferred
• You have the ability and willingness to perform required physical tasks as well as assist with personal care.
• You have the ability to meet outside of school hours.
• You have the ability to work as part of a team.
