Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused Lighting Sales Advisors to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help clients enhance their outdoor spaces by recommending permanent led lighting solutions that blend design, durability, and energy efficiency. You'll be responsible for generating your own clients by going door-to-door in local neighborhoods. Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with homeowners, builders, and designers to understand their exterior lighting needs
• Provide expert guidance on outdoor lighting products, design trends, and energy-efficient solutions
• Prepare and present quotes with tailored recommendations
• Build strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth installations and satisfied clients

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset (training provided)
• Passion for exterior design, landscaping, or lighting solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with a positive, professional attitude
• Reliable transportation and availability to meet with clients when needed
• Desire to grow personally and professionally in a creative industry
