Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Senior Machine Learning Engineer – BDO Digital, part of BDO Canada. Seeking an experienced technical leader to develop enterprise ML solutions on Azure / DATABRICKS, oversee platform architecture, and lead client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines using Databricks, MLflow, Delta Lake and Azure services.
• Build and manage scalable data and feature engineering pipelines on Databricks.
• Automate model lifecycle processes including training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement CI / CD workflows using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and maintain operational reliability, performance and compliance.
• Lead technical client engagements, translating business requirements into ML solution strategies.
• Convert data‑science prototypes into robust, production‑grade ML solutions and evaluate performance.
• Document ML workflows and share knowledge internally.
