Shift Operating Engineer

We are looking to direct hire two 2nd class Shift Operator Engineers, for our client in Brampton.

Shift (2nd class) Operating Engineers needed immediately

$110K per year salary

Primary Shift Engineer will be working continental shifts

Relief Shift Engineer will be working shift (M-F, 8 hour days) – will need to work continental when required

Responsibilities :

• Scheduling and supervising operations employees (assistant shift engineers, loader operators)
• Allocating work assignments
• Monitoring, diagnosing and resolving operating issues
• Assessing the quantity and quality of work performed by operating employees
• Ensuring the site is operated in compliance with H&S and Environmental standards
• Complete regular inspections of all facility operations
• Coordinate equipment repair with Maintenance Dept.
• Other duties as assigned
