About the Role

Join Sunbelt Rentals as an Equipment Rental Specialist ! In this inside sales role, you’ll support walk-in and phone customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. You’ll be the first point of contact—helping customers find the right tools, placing orders, and ensuring top-notch service.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with equipment rentals (phone & in-person)
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Process orders and handle administrative tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service every time

Physical Requirements

Ability to bend, squat, lift 50 lbs+, and work indoors / outdoors as needed.

Previous Experience Helps

Account Manager, Rental Sales, Parts Sales, Service Manager, Customer Service Rep, Construction Manager, Counter Sales, Equipment Associate, Manager Trainee, Skilled Trades

Base Pay Range

23.35 - 27.72
