Our fast-paced Client Service Centre is a contact centre which is the perfect environment for individuals who are eager to expand their habitational insurance knowledge and a strong desire to help clients.

Requirements

  • Level 2 General Insurance License or Level 1 and willing to obtain their Level 2 within 6 months
  • 1+ years of insurance experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Industry designation an asset
  • 6+ months of habitational insurance experience
  • Regular market experience e.g. Aviva, Wawanesa, Intact, Gore, Family, etc. with dwellings
  • A Day in the Life

  • You’ll be taking inbound and outbound calls from our Client Service Centre located in our Burnaby Still Creek Head Office
  • Provide clients with coverage recommendations based on their insurance needs and cross sell other insurance products
  • Assist clients with remarketing and new business, plus service renewal and endorsement requests
