What You’ll Do

Program and operate 5-axis (3+2) CNC machines (Hermle experience is a plus)

Create and optimize Powermill programs for precision components

Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T specifications

Plan machining sequences, set up tooling, and configure workholding systems (FPT / FCS knowledge preferred)

Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards

Perform basic machine maintenance and keep your workspace safe and organized

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Powermill Programmer

3–5 years of hands-on experience programming and operating 3-axis and 5-axis (3+2) CNC machines

Familiar with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls

Experience with Hermle machines and Erowa pallet systems (asset)

Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
