Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Design seasonal and special event menus
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relations
Lead, train, and supervise 30–50 kitchen staff (seasonal)
Maintain budget, control food costs, and track performance
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and team compliance
Participate in cooking as needed and ensure top-quality presentation
Requirements
7–10 years of culinary experience in fine dining
Red Seal certification
Safe Food Handler’s Certificate
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent time management and adaptability
Ability to work long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
