My name is Alex, I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment : temporary and permanent, on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.

I am looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for my client in the distribution sector. This is a permanent, on-site position in Boucherville.

Main Responsibilities :

• Follow up on overdue accounts (calls, emails, sending statements)
• Record payments received (checks, credit cards, direct deposits)
• Enter accounts receivable data into the accounting system (credit notes, receipts, etc.)
• Prepare and track customer rebate payments
• Open new customer accounts
• File invoices and credit notes
• Participate in month-end procedures
• Perform any other related tasks
