Assistant Production Manager

This role is part of a structured succession plan. You will be supported and progressively trained to assume in a few years the leadership of our Production Department. During this learning period you will benefit from personalized mentoring in-depth technical training and concrete opportunities to develop your management skills.

Your Role and Responsibilities During the Development Program :

During the first few years your mandate will focus on learning and gradual contribution :

• Technical Immersion : Spend most of your time on the production floor alongside operators to master the machinery processes and operational challenges. Gain a detailed understanding of all plant positions (production labourer forklift operator operators maintenance molds).
• Continuous Improvement : Actively participate in optimization projects loss reduction initiatives and the implementation of lean tools (6S Kanban etc.).
• Progressive Leadership : Develop your management communication and problem-solving skills through increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strategic Contributions : Be entrusted with special assignments and large-scale projects that directly impact plant performance.

Your Long-Term Mandate : Production Manager

At the end of your training period you will be fully established in the role and assume full responsibility for the Production Manager position including :
