Who are we looking for? We are seeking a positive, motivated and energetic individual to join the LARA-TECH team as an IT Network Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

The key responsibilities of an IT Network Support Specialist include, but are not limited to :

• Microsoft 365 - Migrations / Azure AD / Exchange / SharePoint
• Configure / Setup / Maintain Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019
• Desktop / Server Virtualization implementations
• SQL, Exchange, AD, Azure
• Cloud backup solutions
• Mobile support for iPhone and Android
• Manage configure Firewalls / VPN : SonicWALL, Cisco
• Manage configure NAS / AP : Synology, Aruba
• Maintain documentation / infrastructure site plans
• Perform onsite / remote service and support to clients
• Setup and support desktop PCs / MAC for end users
